2) Search with-in iTunes for iPhone content và cliông chồng on Tones the way, that on right side window will be listing all the Tones saved on your device. Of course, this time it will be empty.

You watching: Itunes không có mục tones

3) No open Finder in separate window.

4) Go khổng lồ Home User/Music/iTunes/Tones

5) Mark all m4r files, you want khổng lồ transfer or Command+A lớn mark all files in this folder

6) Now drag them and move them dragged inkhổng lồ the iTunes, but don't release ... you need to move them lớn the part of the screen, where they should be all listed.

7) When you are with the cursor và all files on this part of the window, release them ...

8) Now they are being copied inkhổng lồ your iPhone.

Most direct tư vấn for tones was removed over a year in iTunes 12.7.

See Create and manage ringtones in iTunes.

I"m aware that direct syncing was removed but you could still open tones and drag & drop them into lớn your device. Whenever I try now it is grayed out like it can"t complete the task. I think it may be related khổng lồ OS12 as it worked fine for an iPhone 5s with iOS11 but not on the iPhone 7 with iOS12

I tried the above sầu mentioned method, but I still cannot seem khổng lồ put some ring tones on my iPhone. They are the proper length, they are the proper format.

When I drag them over to the device "tones" folder iTunes gives the "preparing to lớn update" message, then jumps straight to lớn "finishing updating" without copying the files over. They don"t even appear grayed out, no sign of them on the device whatsoever.
